Bad Breath is a result of bacteria’s that live in a sultry coating called a bio-film. This bio-film coats our teeth, gums, tongue, throat and nasal passages every day. The bad bacteria live in this bio-film and assimilate proteins that are also present. From these proteins the bacteria are able to make smelly Volatile Sulphur Compounds that are then exhaled when we talk or breathe through our nose. It is these smelly compounds that people know as bad smells coming from our breath.
How to Cure Bad Breath
Below are some very effective ways to cure your bad breath problems
1. Chew peppermint or carnation for better breath smell.
2. Swallow 1 tbs of apple cider vinegar before each meal to get cured from bad breath.
3. To lose the bad breath eats pumpkin daily.
4. Brush twice your teeth with baking soda as it will help in evading the accumulation of the bio-film thus averting the accumulation of bacteria.
5. How to Cure Bad Breath with parsley. Blanch parsley and drink several times a day to help bad breath.
6. Drink chamomile tea as it is very helpful in killing the bacteria that lead to halitosis
7. Gurgle with salty water so as to cure bad breath.
8. Avoid eating cheese, milk, products containing yeast, garlic, onions, and any other odorous food.
9. Scrape your tongue with a spoon or one of those specially designed tongue scrapers. Get as far back on your tongue as possible to scrape off the offending bacteria.
10. Use mouthwash with high chlorophyll content.
