Indigestion symptoms for long time
| Hello, I ve been living in Asia for the last month.[previously UK] and have been experiencing the indigestion. Could my change in lifestyle be causing this? I m not on medication, I m 23 and have a balanced diet. Could this be an intestinal infection? Thanks |

| I think what youre experiencing is a case of IBS constipation. I know, because I suffer from the disease and was diagnosed after gaining weight, general discomfort and worries about my health. The main treatment is to increase the fiber intake of your diet. I suggest you go to the doctor so he can prescribe a medicine for IBS |

| You would have to be more specific to receive an answer. Indigestion covers a lot of possibilities. However, if your problem is concurrent with your move to Asia, then it is most likely related to a change in diet and stress of adjustment, but not anything much more serious than this. |
